Ordering Process
Once we received your order and your payment, we will send you an email to confirm that your order will now be processed  including the order number, product details, order status, estimated delivery date and time, shipping method, etc. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. Only if we are unable to fill your order will we issue a full refund.We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible when available.Once your order shipped we will send you a dispatch notification email or text message containing carrier information, tracking number and estimated delivery dates and times. We aim to contact you via email or telephone if : we require further information from you to process your order ; we need to make changes to your order such as availability dates, product upgrades etc ; we encounter problems during delivery.

Cost
Customers can enjoy free low temperature refrigerated door-to-door delivery service for any order with spending of HK$350 or above can enjoy free.  Otherwise, a delivery charge of HK$50 applies.

Delivery Methods
You can choose the delivery method at the checkout (door-to-door delivery or self-pickup at the office) and choose the preferred delivery date and time for available item on your order.

Delivery service: Monday to Sunday and Public holidays (9am-7pm).For in-stock items,orders placed before 5pm will be dispatch on the same day and delivery the following day. We usually provide delivery service on the afternoon,you can choose another time slot when checkout before product dispatch (Morning 9-1pm/Afternoon 1-5pm/Evening 5-7pm). The delivery address must be within Hong Kong. Delivery service is available for local address in Hong Kong only, except for the restricted area and the Outlying Islands.
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure there will be someone available to accept the parcel at the provided delivery address. Provide a telephone number. We or the courier service can get in touch with you very quickly if there are any delivery problems or they cannot find your address. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office or hotel address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception.

Self-Pickup service: Monday to Friday (3-7pm).For in-stock items,orders placed before 12pm will be available for pick up on the same day. Self-pick up service is applicable to fresh product for only for a specific pickup times. After the order payment had confirmed and once your products arrived at our Mong Kok office, you'll receive a notification message when your item is available for pickup.The consignee must pick up the products in person and will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID for verification.

Delivery Date
To get the next-day delivery, you will need to place your order by 5pm, Monday to Friday. Next-day delivery subject to the availability of fresh product and pre-order item. Pre-order and fresh products will be delivered within the expected time shown by the status bar. Dispatch times estimates dates and timeslots give an indication of when the item will be dispatched from our warehouse for delivery. The items on your order will be dispatched as soon as they become available. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability, we reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery or pick-up.

Missed or Damaged
If you have received your products and find that it is damaged, please call our customer service or report the case to us by e-mail (within seven working days), we will have our customer service representative to verify the case. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement (not applicable to fresh products). We will not consider any claims submitted after seven days, the company is not required to assume any legal liability and will not arrange any replacement of the goods on behalf of the order. In case of any damage to your delivery, we will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you, please keep the original packaging carton for the return of the goods.

Arrangement of Delivery Service under Severe Weather
Delivery service: If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, delivery services will operate as usual. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, services of door-to-door delivery will be suspended immediately. If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 is cancelled, delivery will resume service within 2 hours, unless If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 is cancelled after 16:00, the delivery service will be suspended. 
Self-Pickup service: If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, self-pick up services will be suspended immediately. 
Customers should pay attention to the announcement of Hong Kong Observatory and our further notices.
